If any of the School Board or the Board of Supervisors have any ulterior motives, they should be fired ASAP. If they have children/spouses and are letting that affect a decision that impacts a whole county, they should be fired immediately, and I would like to see criminal charges filed if applicable.

There is no excuse if that happens to be the situation. That kind of thing does happen at places, one of the reasons politics is such a dirty business now.
